Microsoft's roadmap plans 2 releases with a larger scope of functionality each year, along with several smaller ones. The April release, available from 17 March 2023, is one such 'Major Release'. These new features can change the behaviour of processes. It therefore makes sense to go through this list . SCM: Workflow for vendor bank accounts A setup lets you configure which fields on the bank accounts can be changed with or without approval. Thanks to a simple workflow, it is now possible to introduce a 'four-eyes principle'. This has often been a requirement from our customers and is sure to be put to use quickly. Employee 'A' changes a bank account and submits it to the workflow. Employee 'B' from the finance team receives the task and has to confirm the change. All finance staff can be grouped together in an approval group. By default, D365FO ensures that the 'submitter' cannot confirm the change they made through the workflow.
