Easily document business processes and make them available for training The Task recorder in the new Dynamics AX offers the option of not only exporting business processes to a Word document but also playing them back as a guide within AX during training. To do this, the business process is recorded using the Task recorder. In edit mode, steps can be added, edited or deleted. The user can choose from predefined instructions or enter their own instructions. This allows the business process to be described in detail, making it easy for new employees to practise the required steps on a test system. When the Task recorder is opened as a guide, the required instructions are presented to the user directly within AX.
